--TERMS OF USE--

Please read before you purchase or use anything from either my main page site or my request site.

By purchasing any league page, tour pages or personal pages from us you agree to the following terms of use.

Month to month customers do not have a contract with us, they are pay as you go and we will not save your main pages unless agreed upon by both parties. If you do not have a year contract your main is yours only as long as you have it on.

--League Pages--

1. All pages, unless otherwise stated in our contract must keep my logo on them at all times, NOTHING is to be altered by you except writing and music.. all images and backgrounds are to be kept as they are.

2. If you purchase a league main page and the league gets deleted, then the page made for that league can no longer be used or transferred.

3. If you purchase a page for a league and then decide to leave the league.. the page stays with the league it was purchased for.

4. After purchasing a main league page from us you decide to change the backgrounds and images...and get my approval, my LOGO for the template MUST stay on the page.

5. After purchasing a main league page from us you decide to use the images / backgrounds on another page ,or change them on your main , you must first obtain permission from us to do so.

6. ALL orders must be paid in advanced before work will begin on them.

7. ALL orders must have an Order Form filled out before work will begin on them.

8. NO REFUNDS will be made if u go against the T O S.

9. If you order a main page and  I make the page as you request, you change your mind on the images and colors to be used, there will be an additional  fee.

10. I will ONLY do changes for the first 2 days after the page is completed. After that there will be a $5 - $10 charge depending on what you need added in or changed UNLESS ITS SOMETHING WE DID WRONG.

11. All transactions pertaining to your page need to be done BY EMAIL ONLY, not on my messenger.

* If at anytime I find that my pages are being misused, my logo is removed, images or backgrounds are changed , they are being used for anything other than your league... I will end my contract with you ASAP with out notice and you will NOT get a refund of any kind.




--Page Requests--

1. All pages, unless otherwise stated in our contract must keep my logo on them at all times.

5. Special pages may require an additional fee depending on what you need added in






--Payment Policy--

ALL payments need to be made before any work on any page is to begin. If you send a pay pal payment, work on page will not begin till it clears.

All sales are final and no refunds will be given unless other arrangements are made by me in writing in an email.
